While we strive to keep all of our products stocked on-hand, if your order includes an item that we don't have enough of, we'll produce more specifically for your order (and get to work refilling the supply, too). Any item that's currently available to order will be shown as In Stock.

Please note that this doesn't apply to items we can't produce in-house, such as models with laser-cut parts. For those, the quantity shown in the store is all we can ship at the moment.

Orders have a turnaround time of 3 to 5 business days to account for any casting needed (since there's usually stock on hand for most items at any given time, orders will often ship faster)

If for some reason your order can't be completed and shipped within 5 business days, we'll notify you of the delay via email. If you don't want to wait for your order, we'll work out a solution with you. This could include substituting a different product, refunding the amount paid for the items that are unavailable, or refunding your order completely if you desire

If an item shows up on the store as Out of Stock, that means that it's temporarily unavailable due to some kind of production issue (such as mold replacement or pending redesign). You won't be able to add it to your order, but you can request to be notified once it becomes available again

Shipping Info and Policies

Orders are shipped via Canada Post - in Canada, your pledge will be sent via Expedited Parcel. International orders will be sent via Small Packet Air service. For orders to the USA, packages that exceed the weight limit for Small Packet Air are sent via Expedited Parcel.

For any Small Packet Air shipment, your package unfortunately cannot be tracked, and is usually delivered by your country's postal service. While we will make the utmost effort to get you your order, we are unable to replace packages that are lost in shipping. Small Packet Air shipments may take up to three weeks to arrive. Your government may assess additional customs duties or taxes at the border. These aren't included in your pledge or shipping fee, and are the responsibility of the customer (sorry!).

The price of shipping is based on the weight of your order, and is calculated based on rate information provided by Canada Post. The website's Shopping Cart will automatically calculate the relevant postage rate based on weight and destination country.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. Please contact us via email at to process your return. Your purchase price will be refunded to the PayPal account used for the purchase, less the cost of shipping fees. The customer is responsible for return postage.

Defective or Missing Pieces

If you have received an order with damaged or missing pieces, please accept our apologies. We go to great lengths to ensure the quality of our products, but occasionally problems do slip through. Please contact us right away and let us know what went wrong (please attach photos of any damaged or miscast parts if possible) and we can send out replacement pieces.
